Payment Terms
- 50% Advance – Payable at the time of order confirmation.
- 30% Upon Delivery – Due after the materials are delivered to the site.
- 20% Final Payment – Payable upon successful system installation and commissioning.
Validity & Revisions
- All quotations are valid for 3 calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Any request for specification changes or extension of quote validity may require a revised quotation and adjusted delivery timeline.
Quotation & Site Survey
- All quotations are considered preliminary until a physical site survey is conducted.
- Prices shared before a survey are indicative only and may be adjusted based on real conditions.
System Design & Installation
- Panel layout is based on approved technical drawings. Final positioning may be adjusted due to shadow analysis or on-site recommendations by the engineering team.
- Inverter placement is optimized for performance and efficiency, typically installed closest to the distribution board (DB).
- Wiring is routed to minimize losses and ensure system safety and aesthetics.
Taxes & Government Levies
- All prices are exclusive of applicable government taxes or duties.
- Any change in tax laws or government levies after quotation will be borne by the customer.
Currency Fluctuations
- Prices are tied to the USD–PKR exchange rate. Any fluctuation resulting in a cost increase will be the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty & Liability
- Green Vision Engineering’s warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Electrical surges, lightning, fire, or natural disasters
- Vandalism or tampering post-installation
- Responsibility for equipment transfers to the client upon delivery. The supplier is not liable for damages after handover or due to unforeseeable environmental events.
Performance Disclaimer
- Solar system output is directly influenced by weather and sunlight conditions. Performance may reduce during:
- Cloudy or overcast weather
- Seasonal variations and regional sunlight patterns
Project Timeline
- Installation will begin within 7 days of order confirmation, subject to material availability and weather conditions.
Change Management
- Any structural or design changes requested after confirmation will result in a revised quotation.
- Additional costs arising from changes are the client’s responsibility.
